ToS (Terms of Service)PaymentAll payment will be done via Paypal invoices. I accept full payment up-front as well as 50-50 (in which the first half is paid upfront, the second half once color roughs are approved).Once payment has been completed (either upfront or first half), I will begin working on your piece.In general, I do not offer refunds unless I am physically unable to finish your piece for an unforeseeable time due to personal problems. Outside of this reason, no requests for refunds will be approved.Commission Process and DurationDepending on the complexity of the piece, the time needed to complete it can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. During this time, I will update you on the 3 stages of the piece (sketches, color roughs, and final render) and ask for your feedback, so expect communication to still be ongoing.Please note that while I wait for your feedback, there will be no pressure from my end for you to reply as fast as you can. Take your time! Though do also note this can stretch the estimate of a 2-4 week completion time.Usage RightsAll prices listed are non-commercial and they do not give you copyright over my work. You are free to post them on your social media and share with friends, however they are never to be printed out as prints, bookmarks, stickers, etc. to be sold for promotional purposes or other commercial purposes.If you'd like to purchase licensing for commercial needs or copyright, please specify it in your commission.
